How do I print Japanese New Year cards?
Choose hagaki, 100 × 148 mm, and match the printer's plain-paper or inkjet-postcard setting to your paper packaging. Print at 100% actual size and check feed direction. The design and address sides are separate outputs. Print the free calibration sheet on ordinary paper first. A6 is 105 × 148 mm and is a different width.
How do the first 10 free outputs work?
Printing, print PDFs, 300 ppi PNGs and address-side outputs share the first 10 card-side allowance. Each side counts separately; an imposed sheet counts the card sides it contains. Cancellation or failure refunds depend on the result returned by the output service. A paper jam after a print job is accepted may not be detectable. Calibration sheets, CSVs and data backups do not count.
How do purchases and restoration work?
Store versions offer a one-time unlimited-output purchase, without a subscription. The store shows the actual price. Restore using the same Google Play or Apple account while connected to the store. Purchases do not transfer between stores. The Web preview does not offer purchases. Request refunds through the original store, subject to its process and applicable consumer rights.
Can I reuse a couple's or company's sign-off?
Add individuals, couples or company representatives in Settings → My senders. Names may use multiple lines. Set a default for new cards, or select a different sender in the editor. Editing a saved sender does not replace the sign-off already saved in existing cards.
Are my photos and cards uploaded?
Creation material is stored locally and is not automatically uploaded to the developer. Printing, export and sharing send the relevant content to the service you choose. JSON backups are not additionally encrypted; keep them private. Export a backup before changing devices. Store purchases are restored separately.
Fonts, paper and print results
Bundled fonts allow commercial design and printing under their included licences. You need permission for photos, logos and text that you add. Colour, margins and paper support depend on the printer and its settings. White-paper mode prints only text and local decorations. Borderless printing depends on the device.
